1. Eligibility

1.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 16 years or older worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
1.2 Entrants aged 16–17 years must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate and, if selected, to accept any prize. The Promoter may require written proof of consent before awarding a prize.
1.3 Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.
1.4 Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of Givvt Pty Ltd, Craig Parry Photography, and related agencies are not eligible to win.
1.5 By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Enter

2.1 During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
a) Scan the QR code or open the promotional link to Craig Parry’s official Givvt Giveaway Board;
b) Add one or more of Craig’s featured artworks to their own Givvt Occasion Board (wishlist); and
c) Share their board publicly within the Givvt app or via social media to encourage engagement.

2.2 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2.3 Entrants must have a valid Givvt account with a verified email address.

3. Prizes and Judging Criteria

There are three (3) skill-based prizes available:

3rd Prize – “The First Givvt’er Award” Awarded to the first verified user who adds one of Craig Parry’s featured artworks to their own Christmas board during the promotion period..$2,000 (Craig Parry Artwork #3)

3.1 Judging is based on skill, engagement, and creativity. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
3.2 Total prize pool ≈ AUD $10,000. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
3.3 Artwork framing and shipping are included worldwide where safe and practical delivery is available.

4. Judging and Determination of Winners

4.1 Judging will occur on 22 December 2025 at Givvt Pty Ltd, Australia.
4.2 A panel of representatives from Givvt and Craig Parry Photography will review entries based on the criteria above.
4.3 Decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.4 Entries deemed fraudulent or generated through inauthentic engagement (e.g. bots or fake likes) will be disqualified.

5. Winner Notification and Publication

5.1 Winners will be notified by email and in-app message within two (2) business days of judging.
5.2 Results will be announced on Givvt’s website and social channels on 24 December 2025.
5.3 If a winner fails to respond within 7 days, the Promoter may select an alternate winner using the same criteria.
5.4 For winners aged 16–17 years, the Promoter may require written parental consent before delivery of the prize.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

6.1 By entering, entrants grant Givvt and Craig Parry Photography a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use their submitted board, images, captions, and related content for promotional purposes with credit to the entrant.
6.2 Content may be reposted or featured on Givvt’s platform or social channels.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Personal information is collected and used in accordance with Givvt’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA).
7.2 Entrants aged 16–17 years acknowledge that their parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to the collection of their personal data for the purpose of this promotion.
7.3 Data will only be used for administering the giveaway and for marketing communications where opt-in consent is given.
7.4 Entrants may request access or deletion of their data at any time via support@givvt.app.

8. Liability and Platform Disclaimer

8.1 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and Craig Parry Photography accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation or prize acceptance.
8.2 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.
8.3 Entrants release Instagram, Meta and all platform providers from any liability arising from or related to this promotion.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
9.2 If technical issues or events beyond the Promoter’s control compromise the promotion, the Promoter may modify or cancel it at its discretion.
9.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
