Welcome to Givvt — a universal wishlist and gifting platform that lets you create wishlists, discover products, connect with others, and participate in promotions.
By accessing or using Givvt (the “App” or “Platform”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms

By posting on Givvt, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, share, or promote that content within the platform.
You must ensure you have the right to share any content you post (e.g., product photos or links).
4. Promotions and Influencer Features
If you register as a Promoter, you must comply with applicable advertising standards and disclose any sponsored content.
Promotions are subject to approval and must align with Givvt’s community and merchant guidelines.
Givvt may suspend or disable promotions that violate these Terms.
5. Gift Cards and Contributions (Future Features)
Givvt may enable digital gift cards or funding for wishlist items in future updates.
Specific terms will apply once those features are live, including payment and refund policies.
6. Merchant Links and Third Parties
Givvt may link to external merchant websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or purchases made on third-party sites.
Merchants are responsible for their own product information, availability, and fulfilment.
7. Intellectual Property
All Givvt branding, logos, and software are owned by Givvt Pty Ltd.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the app or website.
8. Termination and Suspension
You may delete your account at any time.
Givvt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to other users or the platform.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Givvt is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or from third-party sites linked within it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Givvt means you accept any revised version.
